I wasn't singling anyone out, BPF, I've heard a lot about that weight class over the past two weeks being a 'weaker' D4 weight class. I think our D4 kids that make it to Regionals will do a good job, and I think they will provide some interesting matches. I'm really looking forward to how our kids do at 182. I agree Clark. Mankey should win districts and regionals, but after that 182 is wide open. Several kids could make it out depending on who has a good weekend that week. One of those weights I could see a district 4th in the regional finals, lots of decent kids and a lot of depth.

I see no one considers Pat Ostrowsky of Lewisburg at 182 in their picks and he is 24-2 after tonight's match, 13 by fall. I might also add that his only two losses were outside of D4. Just saying. I'll make him my dark horse pick. Didn't he lose to Dan Breech from Warrior Run last week?

No offense to Green, he is a quality wrestler, but we have heard how tough he is for the past two years. He definitely will be in the 3/4 round match at Districts. Prezkop only weighs 174. I think 170 he has a legit shot to take 2nd, and will do better at states. 182 he could take 2nd as well, but will have a tougher road getting there. Ebner, rothermel, Ostrowsky, Clark, Breech will all be tight matches. I don't see that depth at 170. I will say at 170, that both Shnyder and English are better then the names you posted at 181, so if you dont see that depth after Hembury, not sure what you are looking at Shynder is dropping to 160, so I definitely don't see the depth at 170 either.

Wow all I can say is good luck, with Walter and Meske there You just were talking how much depth there was at 170. There isn't much at 160 either. Shynder who never made it to regionals I believe, is looking to squeak to states. I would understand your statement, if it was "Wow, all I can say is good luck with Walter, Meske and Hembury" If Hembury was actually at 160. 160 is fair game for anybody after Meske and Walter. Good move for Shynder. Shynder took 4th at regionals last year.
