I have been keeping track of this since the 2007/08 cycle. I know there have been some consolidations and co-ops implemented in that time frame. First number is from 2007/08, second number is new cycle.
Benton: 93-75= loss of -18 but co-op enrollment is 222 Liberty: 70-81= gain of +11 but co-op is 123 Williamson: 151-190= gain of +39 but co-op is 251
When did the co-op of Meadowbrook with Milton begin?
Athens: 311-251= loss of -60 Bloomsburg: 181-200= gain of +19 Bucktail: 55-62= gain of +7 Canton: 150-133= loss of -17 Central: 251-255= gain of +7 CMVT: 314-304= loss of -10 Danville: 304-252= loss of -52 East Juniata: 164-151= loss of -13 Hughesville: 231-226= loss of -5 Line Mtn.: 159-149= loss of -10 Loyalsock: 211-210= loss of -1 Lewisburg: 228-240= gain of +12 Montgomery: 122-118= loss of -4 Muncy: 151-116= loss of -35 MCA: 228-230= gain of +2 Montoursville: 288-257= loss of -31 Milton: 301-303= gain of +2 Midd-West: 309-295= loss of -14 Mifflinburg: 329-296= loss of -34 NEB: 105-100= loss of -5 Sugar Valley RC: 36-32= loss of -4 Sullivan County: 95-102=gain of +7 Sayre: 135-130= loss of -5 Southern: 178-170= loss of -8 S.Williamsport: 190-182= -8 Shamokin: 327-295= loss of -32 Towanda: 229-226= loss of -3 Troy: 238-225= loss of -14 Wyalusing: 184-174= loss of -10 Warrior Run: 208-249= gain of +41 Wellsboro: 224-182= loss of -42
For some reason I never counted Williamsport but here are the AAA's.
Selinsgrove: 386-371= loss of -15 Shikellamy: 396-371= loss of -25 Jersey Shore: 398-352= loss of -46
Not counting Benton, Liberty, Williamson and Williamsport, the total decline in enrollment for boys grades 9th-11th is 408 from 31 AA and 3 AAA schools or an average decline in enrollment of boys in grades 9th-11th of 12 boys per school.
I know Williamsports enrollment has been down for several years and can anyone shed some like on why Warrior Run had the huge spike?

I believe last year was when Meadowbrook co-op with Milton, still dont know why, there is 1 kid who wrestles and the same kid is the only one who plays football

Then that should take Milton from 301 to 295 so instead of a gain, it would be a loss of -6 which would make the total loss with the 34 schools I counted to 416.

I believe last year was when Meadowbrook co-op with Milton, still dont know why, there is 1 kid who wrestles and the same kid is the only one who plays football This is what is crazy about the co-op system with the PIAA. If a school gets even one athlete from another school in co-op, they have to count the other school's entire enrollment - be it either male or female - toward their total enrollment. This is why Columbia-Montour Vo-Tech competes as a Class AAA school for football instead of the AA sized school it is. It has to count entire male enrollments from Benton, Bloomsburg, Central Columbia, Millville, Danville and Berwick. Not to digress, but we get scenarios like this where CMVT is clearly competing out of its league by a gross injustice of a rule, but private schools and charter schools have to count only those people enrolled in its school, and not the schools of the districts it receives students from.

does it say anything about the amount of schools that have dropped their program for next year if there were any?
